Altered Art Tin using Maremi Small Art supplies! and an ICAD video tutorial this week!

 Hello art friends.  This past week I got 2 new video tutorials up! 

I altered a 3 x 5 gift tin inspired by Marta (live video session for her member's channel ) using supplies from Maremi Small Art.  I've altered tins before and used to create little mini albums to fit in them but it's been a long time.  Here is a link to one of them I posted HERE on my blog years ago.  

I'm so excited because I just ordered some of Marta's new release and will hopefully have more projects to share soon.

I purchased this little gift card tin at Michaels years ago.  I was thinking it might make a great gift with some art cards or tags in it for the recipient to used!

Looking at it now, I think what would really make it more shabby chic would be to add some glitter to the wood swirls.

The floral / butterflies are rice paper. The frame is tracing paper, and I also used some word stickers from Marta's store.  See the supply list at the very bottom of the post.

I also posted a video tutorial for another 3 x 5" artist trading card (ICAW) this week! LOVE how this one turned out. All those bright colors were created using Jane Davenport Mermaid Markers!
